ILMIIO ROASTERY Lab Introduces Premium Hawaiian Kona Coffee

ILMIIO ROASTERY Lab., operated by Commerce Media Corp., has announced the launch of two exclusive high-grade varieties of Hawaiian Kona coffee, renowned as one of the world's three great coffees. The newly introduced options are the Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy Washed and the Hawaiian Kona Fancy Washed, expanding the existing lineup to a total of three grades, including the previous No. 1 grade.

1. Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy Washed
This premium grade coffee is esteemed for its exceptional quality, as designated by the stringent standards of the Hawaii State Department of Agriculture. Only the largest beans, categorized as Screen Size 19 (approximately 7.5mm and above), are selected, resulting in visually stunning beans. The large size allows for even roasting, drawing out the signature acidity and sweetness of Kona coffee to its fullest. This rare coffee accounts for a mere few percent of the total harvest, truly regarded as a
