A Veteran in Finance

Donnie Phillips arrives at GTCR after an illustrious twelve-year career at Citadel Securities. His tenure there was marked by leadership as Managing Director of Finance, where he excelled in capital management and financial strategy. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Citadel Execution Services. Phillips' journey also included notable roles in private equity at MidOcean Partners and Sun Capital Partners, along with an early career as an MA analyst at Evercore.

His academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, paired with an MA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Brandeis University.
