In this framework, GIGABYTE has introduced an ecosystem known as AI TOP, a groundbreaking integration of scalable hardware and the AI TOP Utility software. This platform can now accommodate sophisticated architectures, such as Mixture of Experts (MoE), which enables advanced functionalities for developers, researchers, and companies looking to create, adapt, and execute real-time inferencing on expansive models that boast up to 685 billion parameters.
Among the flagship components of this ecosystem is AI TOP ATOM, an AI personal supercomputer powered by NVIDIA's Grace Blackwell GB10 superchip. This machine facilitates efficient tuning and inferencing of models ranging from 70 billion to 200 billion parameters. Additionally, by connecting two systems via NVIDIA ConnectX™, users can work with massive models that reach up to 405 billion parameters—an impressive feat, leveraging subsets of active parameters to maintain the comprehensive knowledge of larger models.

In terms of device innovation, GIGABYTE is set to reshape the gaming laptop landscape in 2025. Their AI-driven gaming laptops will incorporate features such as RTX AI, Copilot+ PC, and a proprietary AI assistant named GiMATE. Specifically, GiMATE will include two variants: GiMATE Creator and GiMATE Coder. GiMATE Coder is tailored to provide intelligent suggestions and smart completion for various programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C++, and it seamlessly integrates with Visual Studio Code, allowing developers to code efficiently and resolve errors in real-time.
The product line will feature powerful options like the AORUS MASTER Series and the sleek GIGABYTE AERO X16, ensuring that the user experience reaches unparalleled levels of effectiveness and enjoyment.
Beyond Performance: Hardware Meets Intelligence
Performance-wise, GIGABYTE is unveiling the AORUS X870E X3D, notably the world's first motherboard engineered specifically for X3D processors. This innovative motherboard introduces X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, capable of DDR5 speeds exceeding 9000 MT/s and enhancing user customization through its EZ-DIY design. The dynamic AI overclocking model, fine-tuned through big data analytics, optimizes CPU performance, delivering remarkable gains—up to 25% in gaming and 14% in multi-threaded workloads, surpassing standard configurations.
Additional models set to hit the market include the X870E AORUS MASTER X3D ICE and X870E AORUS PRO X3D ICE. Meanwhile, the AORUS PRIME 5 workstation will stand out with the ultra-powerful AMD Ryzen™ 7 9800X3D and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5080 graphics cards. This high-performance system will also feature innovative cooling technology, achieving up to a staggering 89% greater air pressure and 42% improved airflow for optimal functioning.
