This summer, the Kichijoji Tokyu REI Hotel is delighted to announce the launch of its exclusive summer dining event called "Inokashira Kichijo Dining Summer 'Oshi-Meshi'". From July 1 to August 31, 2025, guests can indulge in a selection of vibrant and delicious dishes designed to enhance appetites during the hot summer months.

Located at the Inokashira Kichijo Dining restaurant on the hotel's first floor, the special fair offers a diverse menu created by Executive Chef Toru Katanosaka. With the intention to invigorate guests, the menu features nine distinct options that include invigorating cuisines made with spices, refreshing summer-inspired pasta, and hearty stamina bowls to recharge energy levels. Each item is specially crafted to combat summer fatigue and revitalize the body.

Highlights of the Menu

The menu showcases a variety of innovative and flavorful dishes. For those craving something hearty, there is the "Beef Tendon Stew French Curry with Rice and Colorful Vegetables", which combines tender beef with just the right amount of spices. For pasta lovers, the restaurant offers a unique take on a classic dish: the "Capellini with Carbonara-Style Sauce and Chilled Dipping Noodles" features a washoku (Japanese-style) flair with the addition of mentsuyu (noodle soup). Additionally, you won’t want to miss the mouthwatering "Garlic Steak and Summer Vegetables Bowl with a Warm Egg" that utilizes an original garlic-infused soy sauce to tempt your taste buds.

In keeping with the commitment to local produce, the salad bar at the buffet features vegetables grown with care at the nearby Kobito Farm in Musashino City, ensuring that diners savor the flavors of seasonal ingredients unique to the area.
