Kanematsu Corporation Earns Silver Recognition for Human Capital Management

Kanematsu Corporation has proudly announced its selection as one of the 29 companies awarded the "Human Capital Management Quality 2025 (Silver)" designation for two consecutive years. This recognition stems from the prestigious 2025 Human Capital Survey, which evaluated the initiatives of 160 participating companies focusing on workforce development and workplace reform.

The survey quantitatively assessed various aspects of human capital management and acknowledged firms exemplifying high standards in human capital governance and transparency.
