His past leadership positions at Hexcel Corporation, including President of Fibers and Industrials, showcased his capabilities in guiding major operational transformations. Furthermore, his portfolio includes executive roles in companies such as Meridian Automotive Systems and Brunswick Boat Group.

Schneider has also demonstrated his leadership acumen on nine boards and has successfully overseen more than 100 transactions, with over 15 investments completed. His expertise encompasses technology and materials development and he has been instrumental in the installation and qualification of new assets worth over $1.5 billion globally for various customers in aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

His educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Westminster College, which have equipped him with both the technical skills and business acumen necessary for leadership.
