SPOC Appoints Seasoned Leader Brian Middleton as New Director of Quality

With over 20 years of extensive experience in quality systems, operational excellence, and business transformation, Middleton is set to bolster SPOC's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining SPOC, Middleton held key leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Johnson Controls and Nokia Mobile Phones. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Execution and Business Transformation at Regions Bank, where he led substantial improvement initiatives. His efforts included launching a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program aimed at empowering leaders to achieve measurable results across the enterprise.

In his new role at SPOC, Middleton will be responsible for spearheading the company’s comprehensive quality strategy. This entails maintaining high standards across the entire product lifecycle—spanning design, manufacturing, and field performance. He will work closely with engineering, operations, and customer experience teams, addressing challenges, analyzing trends, and promoting continuous improvement through training, data insights, and collaboration with suppliers.
