Local Ice Cream Festival in Shibuya PARCO

Prepare yourself for a winter treat at the Local Ice Cream Festival, which is set to take place from January 30, 2026, to February 23, 2026, on the 8th floor of Shibuya PARCO. This year, we will showcase an impressive assortment of 90 unique ice cream varieties from 21 different prefectures across Japan. The venue, known as Hobonichiyobi, will once again be filled with all your nostalgic memory flavors to please your taste buds during the chilly season.

Following the overwhelming success of last year’s event, we’re excited to announce that this year will feature even more ice cream options. Celebrated writer and essayist Kaiko Minori will be presenting her top picks from her book Ice Cream Journey, in addition to some new discoveries she’s come across in recent journeys.

Some of the highlights of the festival include the adorable Karan Karan Ice Cream from Fujita Ice Cream Shop in Aomori, which delights with its charming colors and shapes. Don’t miss out on the Bravo Ice Cream from Kochi, which features a nostalgic surprise where you can shout
