On May 28, 2025, at 17:00, Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, will host the ninth edition of its special Suits-Up webinar titled "Navigating Change: Business Planning and Management Accounting for SMEs." The event is free and will feature guest speaker Takumi Kojo, CEO of Zaimo Inc.

In this webinar, Mr. Kojo will present a session on vital strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to achieve sustainable growth through effective business planning and management accounting systems that can be easily implemented in everyday operations.

The Suits-Up webinar, which takes place online, is scheduled from 17:00 to 18:00 with a 45-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. Participants will receive an online link via email by the day before the event.

Takumi Kojo (CEO, Zaimo Inc.)
Mr. Kojo graduated from Keio University with a Master’s in Science and Engineering. He began his career in 2012 at Barclays, then moved to Roland Berger as a strategic consultant. He joined STRIVE in 2019 focused on startup investments and advisory. In January 2023, he launched Zaimo, an AI management agent aimed at simplifying business planning and performance analysis. Yusuke Komatsu (CEO, Suits Inc.)
Mr. Komatsu has over 20 years of experience enhancing SMEs’ value. He leads Suits Inc. and has previously driven profitability for another company. His expertise includes community revitalization and supporting PPP projects.
