Empowering Mental Health Through Words: Share Your Supportive Stories!

Supporting Mental Health Through Words

In a world where mental health struggles have become increasingly prominent, T-Pec Co., Ltd. is launching a heartfelt initiative aimed at harnessing the power of supportive words in the workplace. The campaign, titled "Words That Saved My Heart: Words from Colleagues and Supervisors," begins accepting submissions in anticipation of "Mental Health Care Day" established by the Japan Anniversary Association on April 1. This initiative aims to highlight the incredible impact that a few kind words can have during tough times, reminding us all of the importance of empathy and understanding in our daily interactions.

The Campaign's Intent

T-Pec, based in Taito, Tokyo, is dedicated to providing employee mental health support through its EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services. The upcoming campaign is an open call for individuals to share significant phrases or words they received from their colleagues or supervisors that helped uplift their spirits during challenging times. The stories submitted will embody the essence of camaraderie and kindness that can exist within professional environments.

We all experience moments when the weight of our responsibilities feels overwhelming. During such times, a simple word or phrase from a colleague can act as a lifeline, reminding us of our resilience and strength. Whether it's a casual check-in or a thoughtful sentiment, these interactions can significantly enhance workplace mental wellness.

The submission window runs from October 31, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Participants can submit their entries via different channels:
1. Online Submission: Fill out the application form available on our website.
