Delta Electronics at Hannover Messe 2026
Delta Electronics, a global leader in energy management and intelligent green solutions, is set to display its latest innovations at Hannover Messe 2026, scheduled for April 20-24 in Hall 13, Booth C02. This year, Delta will focus on several core areas: AI-driven smart manufacturing, industrial energy systems, clean mobility, and sustainable energy solutions under the theme "Delta Sustainable Factory."
Smart Manufacturing Solutions
The hallmark of Delta's exhibit will be its integrated cyber-physical demonstration showcasing advanced PCB insertion systems and intelligent automation. Visitors will witness live AI-powered production demonstrations, including the innovative use of collaborative robots like the DC16 for seamless palletizing operations at the end of production lines. Additionally, the new Compact Multi-Drive MX300 series will be highlighted for its flexibility and efficiency, designed to optimize modern facility layouts.
Launch of Chameleon Series Power Supplies
One of the key product launches will be the unveiling of the Chameleon series, a robust AC/DC industrial power supply rated at 48V output. This power supply is engineered for reliability in demanding environments, boasting high power density and fanless operation. It is perfect for applications susceptible to dust and moisture, offering up to 95% efficiency while functioning in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
Furthermore, the Chameleon series features digital output adjustment, PMBus communication, and integrated status signaling that enable smooth system integration and advanced monitoring capabilities.
Energy Infrastructure for Commercial Applications
In terms of energy infrastructure, Delta will showcase its sustainable mobility solutions that encompass electric vehicle (EV) charging, energy storage, and management systems. The high-powered DC UFC 500 charger is poised to revolutionize fleet operations by providing ultra-rapid charging capabilities. Complementing this is the C-Series All-In-One storage solution that meets high power demands efficiently even under network restrictions.
The series integrates batteries, power conversion systems, cooling, and control units into a single unit, achieving a capacity of 125 kW / 261 kWh within just 1.42 m² of space. This modular design simplifies transportation and installation, allowing for large-scale deployments of megawatt solutions.
These energy management capabilities enable features such as demand peak management, load balancing, and energy shifting, optimizing infrastructure usage and maintaining a steady electricity supply.
A Vision for Smart and Sustainable Industries
Delta's commitment to smart manufacturing, clean mobility, and sustainable energy is evident throughout their exhibit. They will demonstrate how intelligent automation, advanced power electronics, and mobility solutions are essential in navigating the challenges posed by digitalization and decarbonization.
From AI-driven robotics and digital twin-based production optimization to modular industrial energy systems and high-power electric vehicle charging infrastructure, Delta presents a comprehensive portfolio aimed at supporting resilient and energy-efficient industrial operations on a global scale. By merging advanced manufacturing technologies with efficient energy solutions and electrified intralogistics infrastructure, Delta is accelerating the digital transformation of industries while driving the global shift toward sustainable energy systems.
