On August 4, 2025, 17LIVE, Japan’s largest live-streaming application operated by 17LIVE Co., Ltd., based in Shibuya, Tokyo, officially announced its first collaboration with the massively popular game series 'Noda Game'. In this latest update, virtual YouTubers (V-Livers) from 17LIVE are being introduced as characters in the game 'Super Noda Game MAKER', led by the whimsical supervision of Noda Crystal, who acts as the super funny director for the Noda Game series.
The platform 17LIVE boasts a diverse array of live streamers, known as 'livers', covering various genres including singing, instrumental performances, creative arts, and gaming. Recently, the V-Liver category has gained significant attention. Since its launch in 2018, the V-Liver project has celebrated its seventh anniversary this year. 'Super Noda Game MAKER' marks the third installment in the Noda Game series, showcasing the innovative 'Noda AI' game creation system that allows anyone to easily design a game. Players can select game genres, aesthetics, and preferred play styles in response to questions posed by Noda AI, leading to a multitude of game variations. The built-in 'Edit Function' permits further customization, enabling players to adjust parts of the game including their roles, operability, and layout, fostering unlimited creative possibilities.
Earlier this May, 17LIVE successfully held its inaugural collaborative event titled 'BitSummit x 17LIVE PR Ambassador with Super Noda Game MAKER', where V-Livers participated. The event culminated with awards for five participants namely Enko Gal (炎虎 がる), Murasame Ai (村雨 哀), Hiyori Muu (日和 むう), Mizuki Yuno (海月 ゆの), and Yuzuki Samii (結月 さみぃ), who have now made their debut as game characters in the recent update. This historic cross-over of V-Livers into the world of gaming is a first for 'Super Noda Game MAKER', and the characters will be reflected in the game's editing function.
