FANCL Reopens Tachikawa Store

To add to the welcoming atmosphere, the new interior design highlights a symbolic wall that captures the essence of “wavering,” creating a soothing space characterized by a translucent and warm blue-green palette—perfect for helping visitors escape the daily hustle and bustle.

A standout element of the revamped store is the newly introduced counseling counter at the center. Here, knowledgeable staff members will attentively listen to customers' concerns and preferences, guiding them to choose the ideal products tailored to their individual needs. This personalized service recognizes the importance of consulting with experts to empower customers in their skincare journeys.

To celebrate the grand reopening, a special promotion called “SPECIAL 7 DAYS” will run from September 11 to September 17, 2025. Customers can enjoy a discount of 500 yen on purchases over 5,000 yen (including tax). Please note that this offer is limited to one use per person and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.

Exclusive Gift Offer for Members

FANCL members making purchases of 8,000 yen (including tax) will receive a “Gentle Soft Towel Set” that includes a face towel and a guest towel, while supplies last. This towel set is made from 100% cotton, with the face towel available in charcoal gray and dimensions of approximately 34x80 cm and the guest towel in white measuring about 34x36 cm. As this is a member-exclusive promotion, it's limited to one set per customer.

Early Launch of New Products

Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to purchase items from the brand-new “Base Makeup” series at the Tachikawa store starting September 11, three days before the official launch on September 16. Customers who spend over 6,000 yen (including tax) on makeup items (excluding miscellaneous goods) will receive a mirror compact pouch as a gift, also subject to availability and limited to one set per customer.
