This initiative focuses on constructing a colossal energy-backed sovereign AI and digital infrastructure platform in Jordan with an impressive target capacity of up to 400 megawatts. The site, spanning 245 acres within Al-Risha, is set to advance the region's capabilities in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.

The development at Al-Risha will feature a sophisticated layout that integrates long-term natural gas resources alongside onsite power generation. This modular design will enable quicker deployment, allowing new compute capacities to be operational within just three to four months from order placement.

Each computing zone will be separately isolated, fortified with independent power sources and fiber optics. This approach not only ensures security but also meets the strictest data sovereignty standards for governmental and enterprise sectors requiring safe data handling and processing.

Moreover, the modular cooling systems in place require no external water source, which is particularly beneficial given the increasing emphasis on water conservation within these regions. When fully operational, Mindstream anticipates that the Al-Risha development will stand out as one of the largest energy-backed modular AI infrastructures in the MENA area.
