Women’s Empowerment Seminar at the
Tokyo Women’s Plaza. This seminar is specifically designed for working women in their 30s, addressing the many challenges they face in career navigation and job persistence. With an ever-pressing need to confront workplace harassment, we open the floor for discussions on how to safeguard oneself against various forms of harassment, including sexual, maternity, and power harassment, as well as moral harassment.
