From February 1 to February 28, 2026, an exciting
Tochigi Prefecture Food Fair will take place across
40 selected restaurants in the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region. This initiative is jointly organized by Tochigi Prefecture, located in Utsunomiya City, and the Tochigi Agricultural Products Marketing Association, also based in Utsunomiya. The fair aims to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Tochigi and promote its exceptional locally sourced ingredients.

The fair will showcase a variety of top-notch ingredients from Tochigi, also known as the
Strawberry Kingdom. Key highlights include the
Tochi Aiika strawberries, renowned for their sweetness, the premium
Tochigi Wagyu beef, and original rice varieties like
