SANY Launches Africa's Most Extensive Solar-Storage-Diesel Microgrid for Mining Operations

On December 29, 2024, SANY Silicon Energy unveiled a groundbreaking initiative within the energy production sector by launching the Zambia Ruida Mining Microgrid. This project, which integrates solar PV technology with energy storage and diesel generators, is touted as the largest hybrid microgrid dedicated to mining operations in Africa.
