Altizon Launches APEX Alliance to Transform Industrial AI
Enhancing AI Capabilities Through Partnerships
In a bid to empower artificial intelligence (AI) integration into industrial operations, Altizon Inc., a leading name in Digital Factory SaaS, has recently launched the APEX Alliance (Altizon Partner Excellence Alliance). This new program aims to support resellers and channel partners in building profitable AI ventures on Microsoft Azure.
The announcement was made on July 30, 2025, highlighting how the APEX Alliance streamlines AI deployment across factories. Customers now have the ability to utilize Altizon’s advanced DFX platform and factory analytics applications directly through the Azure commercial marketplace. This means they can leverage Microsoft’s Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC) while enjoying a range of bundled services and software through trusted Microsoft partners.
Vinay Nathan, CEO and co-founder of Altizon, stated,
“Our customers expressed the need for a quicker and more efficient approach to deploy AI in manufacturing via the Microsoft partners they already trust. The APEX Alliance not only facilitates this process but also rewards those partners with consistent revenue and insights gathered from over a decade of industrial data experience.”
Key Features of the APEX Alliance
The APEX Alliance is structured with tier-based benefits designed to generate recurring revenue for partners. The program includes:
- - Registered Partners: Gain a 5% referral during the first year.
- - Authorized Resellers: Benefit from a 15% first-year annual recurring revenue (ARR) with 10% on renewals.
- - Elite APEX Strategic Partners: Receive up to 25% first-year ARR and 15% on renewals, along with multi-year growth rebates.
These incentives are crafted to ensure partners can capitalize on services like integration and managed operations while allowing them to publish unique industry solution packs within the APEX Catalog. Furthermore, the provision of prebuilt Azure landing-zone blueprints and industrial data adapters—which support OPC-UA, MQTT, and PLC tags—ensures a reduced time-to-value and amplification of deal sizes.
Industry Response and Potential
Early adopters of this program span diverse sectors including automotive, food and beverage, discrete manufacturing, process industries, and energy. Several multi-plant Azure private-offer deals are already underway, showcasing the immediate impact of the APEX Alliance.
“Partners are encouraged to prepare for FY26 planning and can enroll at

It's important to note that while the percentage incentives provide a general guidance, actual benefits may vary depending on the program tier and regional specifics as dictated by Microsoft’s eligibility requirements.
