D&D Holdings, based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo and led by Yoshiaki Takemura, has announced a name change for its group companies, specifically the existing "Hokkaido BP Center" and "Matsumiya Auto Service." This renaming will take effect on July 18, 2025.

The D&D group is strengthening its governance and unifying its automobile maintenance business under the "BP (Body & Paint)" brand. The goal of this name change is to create a more approachable and memorable identity for both regional customers and national partners. By simplifying the names, D&D Holdings aims to enhance recognition and engagement in their services.

While the names of these subsidiaries will change, there will be no alterations to the executives, locations, or contact information. The leadership remains the same, with Hisao Sasaki and Norihiko Rigma overseeing their respective companies.
