Suits Up Seminar on Health Management Project Management

Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is pleased to announce a complimentary seminar titled "Health Management Project Management," scheduled for January 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM. This session will be led by our CEO, Yusuke Komatsu.

The seminar aims to provide insights into efficient project and task management within small to medium enterprises (SMEs) through our AI-powered cloud service, Suits Up, which is currently available in its beta version offering a 7-day free trial. We encourage participants to explore Suits Up and experience how it can enhance team task management.

Seminar Overview

We invite those interested in attending the seminar to register via the link provided: Register Here.

According to our internal simulations, a company with 30 employees would incur approximately 1.19 million yen per month due to time lost in task progress checks between supervisors and subordinates—an expense that can be significantly reduced by implementing effective team task management tools.

Furthermore, a survey conducted by Nulab from October 6 to 10, 2023, highlights a concerning trend in task management practices among small companies. It found that only 11.7% utilize specialized task management tools, while traditional methods like emails and handwritten notes dominate. It underscores the urgent need for SME managers to adopt systematic task management approaches.

The seminar’s focus will be on successfully implementing health management initiatives, which require a host of parallel tasks—such as setting KPIs, developing supportive structures, executing health measures, and enhancing communication among employees.

A crucial aspect of managing these tasks is clearly defining responsibilities, deadlines, and collaboration with HR, management, industrial doctors, and external partners to achieve meaningful outcomes in health management practices.

In this seminar, we will explore how executives and HR leaders can manage projects effectively to avoid oversight and delays. Participants will learn how to visualize progress, align stakeholders, and enhance implementation and retention of health initiatives. Additionally, we will showcase how Suits Up can facilitate improved efficiency and transparency in health management projects.

Yusuke Komatsu, with two decades of experience enhancing SME value—including implementing task management systems—will deliver this insightful lecture, enriched with real-world case studies for clarity.
