Jennifer Mamlet Takes Charge at the Ad Council
The Ad Council, a leader in leveraging communication to effect social change, has exciting news. Effective September 4, 2025, Jennifer Mamlet rejoined the organization in the pivotal role of Chief Development Officer. With a rich history at the Ad Council, Mamlet previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Development until 2012, and her recent experience as the Acting President and CEO of the JCC Association of North America has enriched her already impressive resume.
In her new role, Mamlet will oversee all corporate and philanthropic donations, aiming to forge alliances that will significantly enhance funding for critical social initiatives. These initiatives tackle pressing challenges such as mental health awareness, firearm injury prevention, skills-based hiring, and much more. Additionally, Mamlet will manage the organization's Board of Directors, which boasts 150 senior executives from diverse sectors, including media, advertising, marketing, and technology, under the chairmanship of Rita Ferro, who is the President of Global Advertising at The Walt Disney Company.

Jennifer Mamlet's noteworthy credentials and proven track record in fundraising make her an excellent fit for this pivotal role. She has consistently demonstrated an ability to foster strategic growth, deepen donor engagement, and cultivate impactful partnerships. Before her tenure at the JCC Association, she effectively led the JCC of Central New Jersey and undertook several key leadership positions within the national JCC umbrella organization.

Mamlet possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Bucknell University and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, equipping her with both the academic background and practical experience needed to excel in her new position.
