Takao Ozawa


Takao Ozawa, the CEO of Boost Capital, has a rich history of entrepreneurship. After graduating from Waseda University, he established BizSeek in 1999, later selling it to Rakuten and founding Crocos, which was also sold to Yahoo. His experiences include overseeing major initiatives at Rakuten, such as the establishment of the Rakuten Baseball team, and spearheading significant expansions in e-commerce at Yahoo. In 2022, he became the President and CEO of Yahoo, and in 2024, he started Boost Capital, focusing on both venture capital and private equity.

Naoki Aoyagi


Naoki Aoyagi brings his extensive background from investment banking in Germany to his current role as CEO of newmo. Previously, he held senior positions at Gree Inc., including Director and CFO, and has played crucial roles in the leadership of major projects at Mercari, serving as Marketplace CEO since June 2023 before founding newmo in January 2024.
