Scott Dalton has an impressive background in life sciences recruitment, with 20 years of experience under his belt. Before joining CLS, he served as the Principal for Life Sciences at Green Key Resources, a company celebrated for its robust recruitment solutions and recognized as an INC 5000 firm. During his tenure at Green Key, Scott played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling their life sciences practice. His expertise spans various critical areas such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Biometrics, and Data Management.

In his new role, Scott's extensive experience in developing Functional Service Provider (FSP) offerings will be instrumental for CLS.
