How to Apply

To participate, interested companies should fill out the application form found here. The deadline for applications is July 24, 2025, at 6:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, companies must meet the following conditions:

• - Have headquarters or offices located in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, or Saitama.
• - Plan to conduct a corporate event sometime between August and September 2025.
• - Be willing to assist with interviews or photography during the event.
• - Agree to have their event showcased on the company’s media platform, Kurumeshi Story’s.
• - Host a minimum of 10 participants (which corresponds to the minimum delivery of 10 bento boxes).

Announcement of Winners

In the case of a high volume of applications, winners will be determined through a lottery. Notifications will be sent via email to the addresses provided during application by the end of July 2025.

• - There will be no costs for selected companies.
• - Previous usage of Kurumeshi Bento does not influence the lottery chances.
• - Winners cannot transfer or exchange their rights.
• - Final decisions on the menu will be made after consultations with the company.
