Marriott International Accelerates Growth in Branded Residences in EMEA
Athens, Greece – On November 11, 2025, Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) announced the exciting expansion of its branded residences portfolio during the Resort and Residences Forum. This continued momentum reinforces Marriott's position, which it has successfully held for 25 years, in the branded residential sector.
Currently, Marriott's branded residences network spans
18 countries and territories in the EMEA region, boasting
33 operational locations with over
50 more in the pipeline. The company's dedication has resulted in a
23% increase in its total branded residences in Europe and an impressive
59% in the Middle East and Africa since late 2023, highlighting the surging demand for upscale living in these areas.

The Residences at the Dubai Beach EDITION is set to emerge as the first luxury brand residence in EMEA under the guidance of Shamal Holding. Amid shifting buyer preferences, around
two-thirds of the agreements signed this year fall into the luxury category, with the remaining focusing on the premium segment.
Marriott Branded Residences developers are witnessing robust sales velocities. This year,
19 projects in EMEA have launched their sales successfully. One standout example,
The St. Regis Residences in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, led by SAAS Properties, reported that
60% of its units were sold at record prices prior to its public launch. Meanwhile,
Affini, a Tribute Portfolio residence in Dubai, made headlines as the first residential property of its brand globally, selling out within just
one week of its introduction.
The newly signed branded residences encompass a range of stunning locations, from idyllic coastal resorts to urban settings in some of the most historically significant regions. Among the agreements and launches taking place in the EMEA portfolio in 2025 are:

- - The Residences at The St. Regis Baku - Developed by Pasha Real Estate, it showcases exceptional architecture.
- - The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi - In collaboration with SAAS Properties.
- - Bvlgari Resort Mansions Abu Dhabi - A sanctuary on a private island, developed by Eagle Hills.
- - The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum - The 100th Marriott brand in Turkey, led by Kuzu Group.
- - The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Hills, Cairo - Developed by Palm Hills, with 60% of inventory already sold.
- - JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central - The city’s first JW Marriott residence, led by CG Developers.
- - Seamont, Autograph Collection Residences, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi - Led by SAAS Properties and Royal Development Holding, with the first phase sold out in a month.
By the end of 2025, Marriott anticipates opening
six additional brand residences in EMEA, including:
