Starting February 2, 2026, the cafe will introduce the Hachioji Ginger Syrup Chai, a comforting drink crafted for the colder months. This special chai embodies the essence of winter, offering a gentle taste that complements chilly days precisely—perfect for easing into relaxation.

Located in the heart of Kamakita, GGCo. is known for its expertly brewed coffee made from meticulously selected dark-roasted beans. The inviting interiors provide a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy high-quality coffee and exquisite bread. Now, in collaboration with the CoCo JAPAN project, GGCo. is spotlighting the unique flavors of the Hachioji Ginger Syrup, crafted in Mogumogu Land, Hachioji City.

The ginger syrup, made with beet sugar, presents a mild sweetness while providing warmth with every sip. The harmony of spices and flavors creates a rich experience perfect for the colder months. Each cup can be customized as hot or iced for your preference, priced at 650 yen (tax included).

Mogumogu Land is a unique community facility that not only functions as a direct sales site for local vegetables but also as a processing space. This initiative promotes support for new farmers and local consumption, turning potentially discarded agricultural products into dressings, jams, soups, snacks, and dried veggies.
