Revamped Hidden Waypoint System for Nippon Support Touring 2026
The Japan Riders Forum (JRF), headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, is excited to announce the launch of "Nippon Support Touring 2026" starting April 25, 2026. In its seventh year, this event will not only follow traditional routes but will also introduce a new layered hidden waypoint system, designating hidden exploration as a key feature to engage riders' intellectual curiosity.
About Nippon Support Touring
This initiative aims to transform motorcycle touring beyond mere leisure. With the slogan "The joy of riding is the joy of society," it connects riders with tourism promotion, disaster recovery support, and volunteer activities across Japan. Participants will embark on a digital stamp rally, navigating designated "support spots" across the nation and visiting remote areas to stimulate local economies.

Introduction of the Exploration-Focused Hidden Waypoint System
The major enhancement for this year is the introduction of a comprehensive hidden waypoint system (WPM - Way Point Mask). This newly established system encourages participants to discover unmarked locations on the map using a grand hint as their starting point. After uncovering certain points, riders may receive clues leading them to the next checkpoint, promoting a tiered structure. This transformation establishes an experience centered around solving puzzles as a novel way to tour.
Rediscovering Unknown Regions through Mystery Tours
The new gameplay isn’t simply focused on competition; it encourages visits to often-overlooked regions, setting exploration spots near popular attractions and municipalities with young talents in the potential extinction category. The journey towards uncovering WPM nurtures economic activity in these areas, creating a symbiotic relationship between riders and local communities.
