On June 25, 2025, an exciting event will take place for families in Tokyo, celebrating the beloved children's book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This unique collaboration between Photobase, a baby photography initiative, and the globally popular book offers an immersive experience for parents and their little ones aged 0 to 2 years.

Event Overview

The celebration will be held at SWITCH STAND AKABANE in the Kita district of Tokyo, running from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The day’s programming is divided into two parts: a morning session for influencers and an afternoon session for the general public.

Morning Session: For Influencers

In the morning, invited influencers will enjoy an exclusive event that features a live photography session led by professional photographers. This is an opportunity for them to engage with the enchanting world of The Very Hungry Caterpillar in a vibrant setting tailored to capture the magic of the book.

Afternoon Session: Family Fun

The afternoon is dedicated to the general public, where families can explore the whimsical world of the caterpillar. Activities planned include hands-on workshops and fun photo opportunities:

• - Craft Workshop: Families will have the chance to create adorable caterpillars and butterflies using colorful tissue paper, fostering creativity and bonding time.
• - Self-Photography Booth: Parents can take on the role of photographer as they capture precious memories in specially designed photo booths themed around the book.

As a surprise, visitors will also receive welcome drinks and delightful Hungry Caterpillar themed merchandise, adding to the day's festive spirit.
