Family-Friendly Pickleball Event for Kids

PICKLR MAKUHARI is thrilled to announce an exciting kids' pickleball experience event slated for the upcoming summer holidays on August 10 and 11, 2026. This special occasion will take place at Aeon Mall Makuhari New City’s Active Mall in Chiba City, where families are warmly invited to participate.

Event Highlights:

• - Date: August 10 & 11, 2026
• - Location: PICKLR MAKUHARI, 1F, Aeon Mall Makuhari New City, 1-6 Toyosuna, Mihama Ward, Chiba City
• - Experience Fee: 2,500 yen per child (tax included) - includes free paddles, balls, and shoes!
• - Time Slots:

- KIDS PLAY (Grades 1-3): 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM & 3:30 PM - 4:45 PM
- KIDS 101 (Grades 4-6): 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM & 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM

These events are designed for elementary school children, ensuring a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of pickleball.

About Pickleball

• - KIDS 101 (Grades 4-6):

Aimed at introducing game dynamics, this level invites young players to understand the joy of playing pickleball. Key components include:
- Correct paddle handling
- Sustaining rallies of 5-10 hits
- Reconciling enjoyment in gameplay
- A basic grasp of pickleball rules
