Red Cliff Achieves Guinness World Record with 3,000 Drones

On October 13, 2025, Red Cliff, a Tokyo-based drone show company, hosted an extraordinary drone show featuring 3,000 drones on the final day of the Osaka-Kansai Expo. This event not only showcased remarkable aerial artistry but also culminated in setting a Guinness World Record™ for the Most multirotors/drones launched in a year, amassing a total of 140,194 drones flown throughout the expo period.

The company participated as a platinum partner in the expo's official events, conducting nightly shows since the beginning of the exhibition on April 13, 2025. The show on the closing day was particularly special, as it marked the largest drone display in Japan's history. In addition, Red Cliff had previously achieved another Guinness World Record on April 13, 2025, by using 1,749 drones to create the Largest aerial display of a tree, marking their second world record during the expo's duration.
