SENZU Inc. Launches to Revolutionize Higher Education

On September 1, 2025, SENZU Inc. was officially established in Sumida, Tokyo, under the leadership of President Ryohei Yoshida. This new organization focuses on enhancing the inherent value found in higher education institutions and aims to create a novel framework for the value of learning and advancement. SENZU envisions a future where everyone can proudly demonstrate their potential.

Background for Establishing SENZU Inc.

Throughout their careers, the founding members of SENZU have witnessed the untapped potential of Japan’s educational institutions and students. However, they have also recognized the unfortunate reality that this potential often goes unfulfilled. This feeling stems from the rapid changes occurring within the educational landscape, including declining birth rates and increased concentration of students in popular schools, leading to significant challenges in student recruitment and institution management.

Additionally, many young individuals are entering higher education or the job market without developing a strong sense of self-efficacy, resulting in a notable number of dropouts and disheartened students. SENZU Inc. was created to address these structural issues and help students unlock their true potential.

Two Core Divisions at SENZU

1. Transformation Support Division
This division directly partners with higher education institutions to assist them in overcoming their challenges through comprehensive strategy planning and implementation. Key services include:
