XCMG Machinery Expands European Market With Localized Operations in France and Poland

XCMG Machinery's European Expansion: A Commitment to Localized Operations

XCMG Machinery, a leading construction machinery manufacturer based in Asia, is making strides in enhancing its presence within the European market. With an ambitious strategy focused on localized operations and innovation, XCMG is leveraging local resources in both France and Poland to meet the evolving needs of the European infrastructure landscape.

A Landmark Development in Poland

On April 13, XCMG-Europa Sp. z o.o. celebrated a significant milestone in the Polish market with the groundbreaking of a new assembly hall dedicated to the manufacturing of advanced horizontal directional drilling rigs (HDD). This facility is set to comply with EU standards and aims to marry Polish engineering prowess with XCMG's cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, particularly in road machinery.

The event was graced by notable figures, including former Polish President Bronisław Komorowski and XCMG Group President Yang Dongsheng, highlighting the importance of this investment in boosting production efficiency, cutting costs, and creating employment opportunities. According to Michał Myczkowski, President of XCMG-Europa, this initiative will not only strengthen Poland as a hub for high-quality machinery but will also enhance their capacity to serve European customers with customized solutions. The facility's focus on non-trench drilling technology aligns with the rising demand for sustainable infrastructure across Europe.

Expansion Efforts in France

Simultaneously, in France, XCMG and its official distributor, Groupe LABROSSE, hosted a successful Open Day on April 14, where they outlined plans to broaden their market reach through acquisitions and improved service networks. Groupe LABROSSE has taken proactive steps by acquiring several local key rental firms, including Barthélémy Location and E2M, with efforts underway to finalize additional partnerships.

The introduction of a new headquarters for Groupe LABROSSE further reinforces XCMG's localized models, encompassing various earthmoving machines and aerial platforms, all supported by on-site technical experts. During the Open Day, Yang Dongsheng emphasized that their European strategy prioritizes smart innovation, environmental transition, and exceptional service.

In an exciting development, XCMG announced plans for a European Training Center and a new leasing subsidiary, aiming to equip clients with advanced skills and flexible financing options. By fostering deep local knowledge, XCMG ensures its operations remain customer-centric and efficient.

Strengthening the European Network

XCMG's commitment extends beyond Poland and France. The machinery giant has also formalized the creation of a subsidiary in France, ensuring that each division is managed by a diverse team built from French and Chinese expertise. Additionally, XCMG is enhancing its service offerings by establishing a comprehensive training and spare parts storage center in Germany, expanding its capabilities to support its European clientele effectively.

By integrating localized production methods in Poland with a fortified distribution framework in France, XCMG is strategically positioning itself to deliver high-quality machinery and tailored services across the continent. This dual focus on manufacturing excellence and customer service reaffirms XCMG's determination to carve a significant niche within the European market.

With six international R&D centers and operations extending to 193 countries, XCMG demonstrates a robust integration of local talent and resources into its global operations, paving the way for sustainable development and industrial growth throughout the region. The company not only aims to boost its manufacturing capacity but also actively participates in enhancing the regional labor market and fulfilling the increasing demand for innovative construction solutions.
