On April 24, 2026, Oisix ra daichi Inc., a leading food subscription service provider based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, held its 10th Return-to-Work Ceremony for employees returning from parental leave. Launched in 2017, this annual initiative aims to alleviate the anxieties and uncertainties faced by returning parents in adapting to workplace changes after their leave. The first part of the ceremony saw participation from 16 employees (including two joining online) and around 30 supervisors. He encouraged employees not to measure themselves against their pre-parenting selves, suggesting that a balanced approach to work is vital.

Honma shared insightful suggestions, such as utilizing helpful kitchen gadgets, eliminating the stress of meal planning, and emphasizing that food preparation should be flexible rather than rigid.
