Broadleaf Increases Investment in SALES GO
Broadleaf, a prominent player in the mobility industry based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has announced a substantial additional investment of 650 million yen into SALES GO, a domestic Sales Force Automation (SFA) provider also located in Tokyo. Since joining the Broadleaf Group in July 2022, SALES GO has made strides in driving the digitalization of corporate sales activities and enhancing revenue through its flagship SFA product, SALES GO ISM.
Strategic Rationale Behind the Investment
This latest investment is strategic, aimed at deepening collaboration between Broadleaf and SALES GO as per Broadleaf's mid-term management plan published in February 2022. The plan outlines an evolution towards becoming a 'one-of-a-kind platform company' through the promotion of digital transformation (DX) in the mobility sector. Central to this vision is the Broadleaf Cloud Platform, which serves as a foundation for their cloud software products, known as the .c series, supporting clients' DX initiatives and diversifying platform-based services.
SALES GO has been a key focus for Broadleaf's ongoing investment strategy, receiving a total of 1.18 billion yen since 2022. The firm specializes in the development and provisioning of SALES GO ISM, leveraging extensive experience with over 1,000 clients and 2,000 product offerings to create effective sales strategies and provide support for inside sales, contributing to improving the sales ecosystem.
Strengthening Competitive Edge
The knowledge and experience in developing and expanding SaaS products make SALES GO a significant partner for Broadleaf, enabling the creation of high synergies that drive the growth of the group. With this additional funding, SALES GO aims to enhance its business foundation, thereby accelerating the competitiveness and revenue growth of the entire Broadleaf group.
Future Plans for SALES GO
Following this investment, SALES GO plans to expedite several initiatives aimed at business expansion:
1.
Accelerating the Development of SALES GO ISM: By enhancing functionalities and user experience according to customer needs, the company seeks to elevate its market competitiveness further.
2.
Strengthening Organizational Structure and Recruitment: Broadening development and sales teams and investing in acquiring top talent will solidify the foundation for future growth.
3.
Expanding Brand Recognition: SALES GO will actively communicate its advantages and accomplishments as a domestic SFA provider to deliver the value of SALES GO ISM to more businesses.
