EverTrue, a prominent provider in aging services, has announced that Russ Mast will be joining its leadership team as Chief Operating Officer effective December 17. With over twenty years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, and affordable housing, Russ is known for his ability to drive growth, champion inclusion, and inspire teams to excel in service delivery.

Previously, Mast served as Vice President of Operations at HumanGood, another leading not-for-profit senior living organization. His rich background also includes executive roles at Frederick Living and Living Branches, where he honed his skills in life plan community operations, strategic planning, and team development. A certified aging services professional, Russ holds an Executive MBA from Penn State University.
