Reservation Period

Reservations will be accepted from October 15, 2025, until December 15, 2025, at 18:00. Please note that specific items have limited booking windows:

- Sapin Noël and The Elf's Shoe must be reserved by November 30.
- Strawberry Shortcake and Earl Grey Tart must be ordered at least seven days in advance of pick-up.
- Customers wishing to place orders for delivery must do so at least seven days before the preferred shipping date.

Pickup and Delivery

Pre-orders will be available for pick up between December 16 and December 25, 2025. Stollen will be available for shipping starting November 16. Orders can be placed at the Fauchon Hotel Kyoto’s first-floor Patisserie & Boutique Fauchon from 10:00 to 18:00, with extended hours from December 16 to December 25 until 20:00.
