The Sixth Global Installer Summit hosted by Huawei took place at the scenic Songshan Lake in Dongguan, China. This significant event attracted over 500 partners and installers from 29 countries and regions, all eager to discuss the latest trends in the industry, innovative solutions, and business models that focus on achieving high-quality development.

Zhou Jianjun, Vice President of Huawei and President of Global Marketing, Sales, and Services at Huawei Digital Power, emphasized the company's commitment to integrating AI, digitization, intelligence, and decarbonization. He underscored the importance of quality in digital energy, expressing Huawei’s determination to work collaboratively with partners and installers to create value, uphold high standards, and ultimately achieve success together.

Focusing on the company’s strategy, Xia Hesheng, Marketing Director of Huawei Digital Power, reiterated that customer service is Huawei's primary goal, driving their development. The company is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.

Jack Tong, President of the Global Residential and CI Business Department at Huawei Digital Power, introduced the FusionSolar installation strategy. He highlighted the crucial role of installers and EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction) as safety guardians, quality assurance providers, and the key value creators in the transition from energy consumers to prosumers.

In terms of service enhancement, Allen Zeng, who leads the Technical Services and Operations Department, stated that Huawei is committed to streamlining installers’ tasks via a quality-driven, expert-backed, and vision-oriented three-dimensional service system.

One of the summit's highlights was the launch of the Installer Voice Loop, a platform designed to enhance client orientation, innovation, and partner support. Powered by AI, this platform collects and analyzes user feedback, identifies product needs, facilitates closed-loop problem-solving, and continuously improves both products and services.

Additionally, Jack Tong presented Huawei’s One-Fits-All solutions tailored for residential and CI scenarios. These solutions ensure proactive safety, superior quality, enhanced return on investment, and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of ecological transition. Simon Sun, President of Huawei’s Smart PV Management System Business, showcased how AI can enhance productivity while reducing operational and maintenance costs.

Throughout the summit, experts from the FusionSolar team shared insights into Huawei's One-Fits-All solutions, aiming to deepen global installers’ understanding and capabilities. The residential and CI marketing director also unveiled a marketing guide specifically for installers, reinforcing Huawei’s commitment to collaborative growth with partners.

A key moment of the event was the installer competition, where eight global representatives showcased real-life cases, competing based on their practical expertise and innovative models. Awards were presented to outstanding teams and individuals, promoting professional growth and recognition within the installer community.

As the energy sector experiences a convergence of AI technologies, Huawei confidently addresses new challenges, recognizing installers as essential partners. The company aims to enhance global collaboration through innovation, capacity building, and ecosystem development.
