With the ongoing reform in Kashima City focusing on weekend club activities, the city has designated a plan to eliminate weekend sports activities from the five public junior high schools by September 2025.

The Kashima Sports Club has embraced Sgrum since the early implementation of four regional clubs beginning in January 2025. The platform enables comprehensive management of communication among the Kashima Sports Club, the city, the junior high schools, instructors, and parents. By facilitating roster management and schedule sharing, Sgrum serves as a centralized operational tool designed to enhance efficiency in club operations.

Looking ahead, the plan is to expand the number of clubs utilizing Sgrum after April 2025, with a commitment to incorporating this management tool across all local clubs operated by the Kashima Sports Club.
