Samaras is not just another coach but a two-time All-American and a Hall of Fame inductee. Her impressive background includes serving as an assistant coach at Yale University and building the women's lacrosse program at Quinnipiac University as its first full-time head coach. Her leadership extended beyond U.S. borders, where she guided the Welsh and Greek national teams, earning accolades such as leading Wales to a European Championship title in 2008.
Her educational background also speaks volumes; she was a four-year starter on defense at the prestigious University of Virginia, contributing significantly to the team that reached the national championship game twice.
