OneSchool Global Students Make a Meaningful Impact Across North America

OneSchool Global's Impact Across North America

OneSchool Global (OSG) has showcased the power of compassion through its students' impactful outreach initiatives across North America this year. With campuses stretching from the serene Pacific coast to the vibrant Caribbean, OSG has turned community support into tangible results. The recently released North America Impact Report 2025 reveals how students and staff collectively provided financial assistance and necessary items to vulnerable populations across the continent.

The driving ethos behind OSG's extensive outreach program lies in their core values, which include Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Care, Compassion, and Commitment. These guiding principles have manifested in numerous ways throughout the past year. Students took the initiative to organize fundraisers, establish partnerships with local first responders, and extend supportive gestures towards the elderly, the unhoused, and families combating economic hardships.

Highlights from the Year

Some standout moments from OSG's outreach include:

  • - Rochester, NY: Students raised $2,700 for the Webster Community Chest Food Bank, ensuring it could remain stocked with essential groceries through the winter months.
  • - Los Angeles, CA: In response to the devastating wildfires in the Pacific Palisades, students prepared and served hot meals to local firefighters, showing their gratitude and support.
  • - Kalispell, MT: A student-hosted walk-a-thon raised an impressive $8,750 for Logan Health Children's Hospital, alongside personal handmade kindness cards delivered to seniors in the community.
  • - Hamilton, ON: The campus collaborated with Dundas Community Services to assemble holiday contributions, providing hundreds of families with food and presents during the festive season.
  • - Trinidad & Tobago: Students conducted a supply drive and contributed $300 to Maracas RC Church, directly assisting families in need.

Throughout North America, OSG campuses forged essential collaborations with local police, hospitals, food banks, and charities like HAVEN, TruLight127 Ministries, the Salvation Army, and Interlake Food Bank. The contributions, ranging from lemonade stands to extensive school-wide donation campaigns, illustrate a beautiful picture of kindness in action, spearheading positive change in their communities.

Jennifer Porter, who serves as the Director of Development and Marketing at HAVEN, expressed the profound effect of these initiatives, stating, "For community partners like us, to receive donations truly means everything. It allows us to provide crucial services that cater to individuals and families in various crises."

The impact of these outreach efforts goes beyond the immediate assistance provided. Jonathan Borys, OSG's Regional Director of Education, emphasized that these outreach activities reinforce the importance of education, stating, "Education is not confined to textbooks; it grows through service. We want our students to be prepared for the world. These charity projects ensure they leave our institutions equipped to lead informed communities."
