Located in Ota City, Omiya Nishimachi, 'FRC Umeyashiki' is a new five-story rental apartment expected to be completed by March 2025. The surrounding Umeyashiki area is celebrated for its vibrant shopping streets and traditional town atmosphere, making it a popular choice for those seeking both convenience and a welcoming living environment.

CITY WALK Magome

Similarly, 'CITY WALK Magome', set to be ready by October 2025, sits in a tranquil part of Ota City, providing an appealing contrast of urban accessibility and peaceful residential life. With easy access to the city and a calm atmosphere, it has garnered interest as an ideal place to live.

DXYZ has successfully integrated the FreeiD platform at the entrances of both buildings, with additional installations at other FYC-managed properties, including 'MAXIV CITY Nishi-Egota', 'CITY WALK Oji', and 'CITY WALK Shimo-Itabashi'. This integration allows residents to enter and exit with ease, even when their hands are full, while ensuring high security through state-of-the-art facial recognition technology.
