Highstar Unveils Next-Gen Tabless Cells at The Battery Show Europe 2025

• - Ultra-Low Resistance and Efficient Heat Dissipation: Internal resistance has been reduced by more than 70%, now measuring below 4 mΩ, minimizing temperature rise during discharge by 50%, and enabling stable high-load operations.
• - Fast Charging and Extended Lifespan: These cells can achieve a rapid charge of 5C (80% in just 10 minutes) with over 1,000 charging cycles, resulting in a lifespan increase of 60% to 100%.
• - Adaptability to All Climates: The Tabless Cells are designed to maintain stable performance across extreme temperatures, ranging from -40°C to 80°C, making them suitable for outdoor devices and drones at high altitudes.
• - Improved Longevity: The cells promise over 50% longer life at high discharge rates, meeting the long-term, high-frequency demands of various applications including automated guided vehicles and intelligent devices.

Global Production and Volume Delivery

To expedite the launch of these advanced products, Highstar is setting up a global distribution network. Their fully automated Tabless Cell production facility located in Malaysia is slated to commence mass production in the fourth quarter of 2025, ensuring high product consistency and reliability worldwide. The portfolio includes five high-performance models (18650-20PS/25PS/30PS, 21700-40PS/50PS), applicable in various settings such as high-end power tools, gardening equipment, e-VTOLs, drones, and specialized devices.
