Phase 2 Drilling Commencement at Cármenes Gold Site in Northern Spain
Pan Global Resources Inc. has officially started Phase 2 drilling at its 100%-owned Cármenes Project, located in northern Spain. Following a successful Phase 1 campaign that revealed significant gold mineralization, this phase aims to delve deeper into the mineralization patterns discovered earlier this year. The Phase 1 drill program at the Providencia target marked a notable milestone for the company, yielding impressive intercepts such as 1.08 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold over 46 meters and 3.01 g/t over 34 meters in two distinct drillholes. The announcement comes as a response to the encouraging results achieved during earlier drilling activities and the potential indicated by a strong Induced Polarization (IP) anomaly that suggests the presence of substantial mineral deposits at greater depths.
