Starting March 5th, 2026, the beloved restaurant chain Kushikatsu Tanaka, operated by Unisia Holdings, will introduce a delightful new menu featuring a total of 13 unique items just in time for spring.

Among the highlights of the new offerings is the intriguing
Cherry Blossom Rice Cake served as a kushikatsu, bringing a classic Japanese sweet into the realm of skewered delights. Alongside this, there are two other exciting kushikatsu flavors to try: the
Spicy Mustard Lotus Root, which tantalizes with its sharp kick, and the ever-popular
Avocado Cream Cheese, perfectly fried to satisfy your cravings.
In terms of side dishes and desserts, many fan-favorites are returning. The
Generous Shirasu and Bell Pepper dish, previously available for a limited time, makes a comeback, promising a mouthwatering experience for diners. Additionally,
Gatsu Ponzu and
Fried Salted Butter Potato pair perfectly with drinks, making them ideal choices for those looking for a perfect accompaniment to their meal. There are also seasonal dessert options available, including delicious crepes and homemade ice creams.
