Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is actively seeking small business owners (with company histories between 50 and 100 years) to participate in a free trial of our team task and project management tool, Suits Up. This cloud-based solution simplifies team project management and is designed to be easily integrated into daily operations.

Exciting Free Trial Opportunity

From October 17 to October 24, 2025, we are offering a unique opportunity for three selected companies to become free trial monitors for Suits Up. The chosen companies, represented by their business owners, will use Suits Up to manage their project tasks. What to Expect as a Free Monitor

After using Suits Up, free monitors will engage in a collaborative process to refine the tool. This consists of gathering feedback on usability and desired features via emails or chat tools. Additionally, every two months, we will conduct a 30-minute online meeting to discuss further enhancements, benefiting from the insight of our monitors.

Participants in this trial will enjoy waived monthly fees until December 2025, regardless of the number of users registered in their workspace.

About Suits Up

Launched in alpha in September 2023 and transitioning to beta in April 2024, Suits Up aims for its official release in fall 2025. The continuous feedback from our monitors will play a crucial role in developing a product that embodies the philosophy of "Easy! Manageable Daily! Team Task Management".

Suits Up offers an uncomplicated interface reminiscent of spreadsheet software, enabling teams to effectively visualize projects while preventing missed tasks and deadlines. Through enhanced task management, organizations can experience improved operational efficiency and substantial cost savings.

Comprehensive Features

The beta version of Suits Up boasts essential functionalities across task, organization, communication, and analysis, along with unique features unattainable through standard spreadsheets, such as task templates, deadline notifications, and routine task settings.

We offer two pricing plans for the Suits Up service:

• - Standard Plan: 1,080 yen/month (excluding tax) per user for organizations.
• - Starter Plan: 500 yen/month (excluding tax) per user tailored for businesses with fewer than 10 employees, effectively reducing financial burden.

Our beta launch campaign presents a limited-time offer, allowing new users to commence without any initial costs until December 31, 2025.
