Deployment of Advanced Robotic Systems



In pursuit of excellence, Guozi Robotics has supplied Hithium with over one hundred intelligent logistics robots. This impressive fleet includes various models such as counterbalance AGVs, mini-stacker robots, lifting robots with protective features, and heavy-duty transport robots. Furthermore, the deployment also features advanced equipment like high racks, electrically controlled buffer racks, bridge cranes, and automated doors. Guozi has simultaneously upgraded several device connections to optimize performance.

Among the standout innovations is a high-performing storage retrieval unit that utilizes multi-navigation fusion technology, combining image processing with LiDAR. This unit boasts a load capacity of 1.2 tons and lift heights of up to 7 meters, complemented by a high docking accuracy of ±10mm for storage positions. It can automatically link with material carts, product staging carts, and production line machines to efficiently manage material distribution and assembly tasks along the production line. Moreover, the heavy-duty transport robots can carry loads up to 60 tons with a positioning accuracy of ±10mm. All robotic systems involved in this project have received UL certification, ensuring safety and reliability.

Innovative Integrated Delivery Model



In addressing the challenges faced in large-scale smart logistics projects abroad, Guozi Robotics has introduced an innovative integrated delivery model. This model tackles obstacles such as cargo transfer and technical commissioning effectively. To streamline processes, the company conducted integrated troubleshooting and testing of logistic robots, equipment, production lines, and docking systems in China. This proactive approach was followed by packaging the entire logistics system, along with partner modules, PACK production lines, and containerized housing production lines, for shipment to the overseas project site where it could be deployed immediately.
