Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has officially unveiled the DX7004, the world's most powerful hybrid wheeled tractor, during a grand event at their Smart Industry City in Changsha, China. This innovative machine, nearly four meters tall, integrates cutting-edge hybrid propulsion technology, setting a new benchmark for high-performance agricultural equipment worldwide.

With a remarkable maximum output of 1,200 horsepower, the DX7004 is specifically engineered for intense, large-scale agricultural operations. The tractor is a testament to Zoomlion's commitment to modernizing agriculture, incorporating sophisticated designs that include a digital chassis, intelligent control systems, and custom-developed core components. This advancement strongly aligns with the company’s vision of enhancing agricultural production in a smart and sustainable manner.

The DX7004 features a dual-motor hybrid propulsion system with a rated power of 700 horsepower and an impressive maximum torque of 4,500 Nm. It boasts an exceptional capability of covering an area equivalent to 480 hectares in just 12 hours of continuous operation. The distributed electric drive system facilitates constant speed control across fields, while the hydraulic power, driven by the electric motor, ensures the precision of large multifunctional implements used in various agricultural tasks.

Moreover, the DX7004 incorporates Zoomlion's development of the intelligent driving system known as EPiot, coupled with the AOS smart operation platform. These features allow for autonomous driving capabilities and centimeter-level precision, even at high speeds. Liu Yuxin, the General Manager of Zoomlion's agricultural machinery division, emphasized, "The DX7004 sets new standards for power, efficiency, and intelligent control. Innovations like the continuously variable electric transmission and adaptive electric coordination enhance the agricultural machinery sector’s progression towards greater intelligence and sustainability."

Since stepping foot in the agricultural machinery sector in 2014, Zoomlion has made significant strides, becoming the first Chinese company selected for the UN’s long-term agricultural machinery procurement program in 2021.
