For First Mold's clients, these changes promise faster cycle times and reduced costs, ranging from 5% to 8%.
To facilitate this transition, First Mold has secured a new building of over 64,500 square feet, located a mere 0.8 kilometers from their newly established Industrial Park. This strategic choice allows for the consolidation of more than 60 CNC machines and over 20 3D printing machines that were previously scattered across different facilities. The centralization eliminates team positioning delays and cuts down deployment times by 80%. Our goal is to enhance CNC utilization beyond 90%."
