Upcoming Online Seminar on LCCO₂ Evaluation

On September 2, 2026, e-dash Inc. will be hosting a free online seminar titled "Latest Trends in Building LCCO₂ Evaluation and the Benefits of CFP Calculation and EPD Acquisition." This event aims to shine a light on the latest developments surrounding lifecycle carbon evaluations in the construction industry as we move towards achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.

Background of the Seminar

As part of efforts to realize the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, the government is currently considering a system that will promote the implementation of Building LCCO₂ (Lifecycle Carbon) evaluations by 2028. This evaluation will not only consider the CO₂ emissions during the use phase of buildings but will assess the entire lifecycle, from material manufacturing to demolition. In this context, it is recommended that manufacturers of construction materials and equipment undertake "CFP Calculation" to measure their products' CO₂ emissions and obtain an "Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)" to transparently disclose environmental information.

This seminar will feature experts and practitioners who will clearly explain specific actions companies should take in preparation for the implementation of this system and the advantages of utilizing calculated data as a sales tool rather than merely as a disclosure.
