In a remarkable display of innovation, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) along with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) successfully showcased the largest-ever delegation of local tech companies at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas. From January 6 to 9, 61 Hong Kong tech firms introduced their state-of-the-art technologies, emphasizing the city's pivotal role as an international technology hub.

As the delegation settled into the bustling atmosphere of CES, the Hong Kong Tech Pavilion quickly became a focal point for global brands, investors, and industry leaders eager to explore the latest advancements coming out of Hong Kong. Within the first two days alone, numerous prominent figures visited the Pavilion, seeking potential collaborations and business opportunities.

Showcasing Cutting-Edge Innovations



The pavilion featured diverse innovations across several key sectors, including advanced materials and sustainable technology, artificial intelligence and data analytics, digital transformation, electronics and robotics, as well as life and health sciences. Three standout companies received accolades this year, being honored at the prestigious CES Innovation Awards 2026. Leading the pack was Widemount Dynamics Tech, recognized for its innovative Smart Firefighting Robot, which was awarded the title of Best in Innovation for its groundbreaking contribution to human safety. Additionally, Eieling received accolades for its FattaLab®, the first intelligence-driven device for diagnosing fatty liver, while PointFit celebrated success with its patented PF-Sweat Patch, a unique wearable technology that monitors health metrics.
